Fixed Fee Package

‘The Room Edit’ is a fixed fee package that involves the comprehensive design of a single room, providing you with all of the information you + your builder need to start construction.

STEP 1 - INITIAL BRIEFING SESSION

The initial briefing session will be used to develop a strong understanding of your project and required scope of works. Once we have a clear idea of project scope, we’ll create a ‘package’ of hours for your job. A package means you know how much you pay upfront, so you’ll have a fixed cost to incorporate into your budget.

STEP 2 - ‘THE VISION’

To develop a clear design vision, we start by providing a ‘look & feel’ presentation for your space. This will be used to suggest colour palettes, finishes & custom joinery ideas etc. It not only shows how these elements come together to create a cohesive look, but will act as a guide for all decision making throughout the project.

STEP 3 - DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

During this stage, we compile a draft design package for your comment. This includes a full documentation set and schedules listing; appliances, feature lighting, furniture, internal finishes, and much more.

The schedule is used to provide you and your builder with all product details, supplier information and pricing to ensure you have a full understanding of project cost's prior to the final decision making.

  • Floor finish + set-out plans

STEP 4 - PRESENTATION & SAMPLE REVIEW

Once a draft design has been packaged, we will arrange an interim presentation to talk you through the proposal + share our initial design ideas with you. A chance for us to sit down and review the concept and approve design direction with physical material samples. This meeting is established with the intent of obtaining as much feedback from you as possible before refining the design and providing a final documentation set.

STEP 5 - FINAL DESIGN

In this last step, we use all of the feedback obtained in the interim presentation to make any final design alterations and ensure the final design aligns with your vision!

Together, we’ll create beautiful, functional spaces that truly feel like home. You'll receive a complete documentation set, enabling your builder to provide an accurate quote + begin construction with confidence.
